KYLIE AND THE MACHINE PTY LTD is an Australian based company however this website www.kylieandthemachine.co.uk is for customers based in UK and EU to order and have their goods shipping from within the UK from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. 

 

Shipping Policy 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, with tracking, from our UK warehouse. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days (or faster if we can!). 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Aims for delivery within 2-3 working days. 

CUSTOMS, TAXES, FEES ETC

For UK customers, 20% VAT charged at checkout, in addition to shipping costs. 

For EU customers, charged according to individual country Tax and Duties charged at checkout, in addition to shipping costs. 

OTHER

If you are moving house in the next few months, we recommend having your order sent to a permanent address or PO Box, just in case your order is delayed.

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, please keep an eye on the carrier's tracking page to view the progress of your parcel.
